These terms summarise how bookings with Test It & Feel It Adventures & Safaris Ltd work. Full terms are provided with your written proposal and confirmation.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are guide prices per person sharing and vary by season, group size and availability. Your written quotation confirms the exact price.

Deposits and payment

A deposit secures your booking; gorilla and chimpanzee permits are paid in full at booking as they are non-refundable. The balance is due before travel as set out in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

We will always try to accommodate changes. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on supplier conditions, which are set out in your confirmation.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical evacuation, is required for all travellers.
